"Bam Center" Tower is a special architectural designed structure, located on Andarzgoo Boulevard in Tehran, which tried to create a statue-like form by combining Iranian traditional and late modern architecture. The tower's architectural design was done by "Farzad Daliri" and the implementation was carried out by "Bam Group". The Tower architecture design is a combination of two distinct forms. The first has its roots in the history of Iranian architecture (Arc Type), and the other, by taking advantage of its symbol or statuary, has its roots in European Late Modern architecture.
The "Bam Center" Tower facade lighting design was implemented by the RGE lighting company. The lighting design's final result is a project that has a centralized introverted pattern that, while being introverted, sections of its middle parts open toward the city to meet the need for an office space that is visually connected to the surrounding green environment (city).
The RGE's R&D team designed and manufactured special and advanced lighting sources to professionally simulate the glare of fire on the “Bam Center” Tower facade.
Hassan Bahadori, the light designer, was nominated for the world's best facade lighting design in the Structures (Low Budget) category by The [d]arc Awards in 2015 for this project.
